Lenny Wee is a music director, composer, arranger, conductor and keyboardist based in Los Angeles. Lenny recently arranged and conducted several songs on Jennifer Hudson’s 2024 holiday album “The Gift Of Love”, and served as conductor and music director for her holiday tour promoting the album. In 2024, Lenny composed, orchestrated and conducted Jennifer Lopez’s film “This Is Me…Now: A Love Story”. In 2023, he was featured as music director and band leader on CBS’s competition show, Superfan. Lenny served as music director for Jennifer Lopez’s performance at Joe Biden’s Presidential Inauguration Ceremony in 2021. Lenny also arranged and orchestrated the American National Anthem for Gladys Knight’s performance at Super Bowl LIII.

Lenny has composed, arranged, and orchestrated music for numerous television shows such as The Academy Awards (Oscars), American Idol, Kennedy Center Honors, The Grammy Awards, The Primetime Emmy Awards, and various Disney Television Specials (Magical Holiday Celebration, Mickey’s 90th Spectacular and Disneyland 60th Anniversary). He also regularly conducts for TV and live performances such as The Grammys, Aretha!: A Grammy Salute, Grammy Salutes Motown 60th, and The Billboard Awards. Lenny was hired staff arranger on NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jay Leno from 2010 to 2014.

Lenny has arranged and produced music for and with Stevie Wonder, Gloria Estefan, Kelly Clarkson, Celine Dion, Gladys Knight, Meghan Trainor, Carrie Underwood, Michael McDonald, Aretha Franklin, Smokey Robinson, Natalie Cole, Neil Diamond and Christina Aguilera.
