
Lenny Wee is a Los Angeles-based music director, composer, arranger, conductor, and keyboardist. In 2025, he arranged and conducted music for Lady Gaga’s Coachella performance, following his work on Jennifer Hudson’s 2024 holiday album The Gift Of Love and its accompanying national tour, where he served as conductor and music director. That same year, he composed, orchestrated, and conducted the score for Jennifer Lopez’s film This Is Me…Now: A Love Story.
Lenny’s music direction has been featured on major television broadcasts, including CBS’s Superfan (2023) and President Joe Biden’s Inauguration Ceremony (2021), where he directed Jennifer Lopez’s historic performance. He also arranged and orchestrated the National Anthem for Gladys Knight’s performance at Super Bowl LIII.
His extensive television credits include composing, arranging, and orchestrating music for iconic events such as the Academy Awards (Oscars), The Grammy Awards, The Primetime Emmy Awards, Kennedy Center Honors, American Idol, and several Disney specials. A seasoned live and broadcast conductor, Lenny’s baton has guided performances on The Grammys, Aretha!: A Grammy Salute, Motown 60: A Grammy Celebration, and The Billboard Music Awards. From 2010 to 2014, he served as staff arranger for NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jay Leno.
